New things to know

Well this has turned out to be a very fruit-ful week. We have updates on the Northeast Corridor including sceenshots, Cesar has returned with new photos and updates on his Superliner Set and we have new pictures of the Acela Express Cab. All this and more on this week's edition of AMTRAK FOR RAILWORKS


We jump right into it after announcing the push back date for the Northeast Corridor route to Late July, RSC has been giving its community up to date shots of their work so far and folks you won't be disappointed.

2) With the date on the NEC push-back we are still unsure whether or not this effects the release date on the Acela Express, but we can only guess that it will because what are you going to drive it on with the pantograph set higher than usual on any European routes out now. New Video release on Facebook

With the impeneing release of the Northeast Corridor, RSC was nice enough to share with it's loyal followers a snippet of their Amfleet Passenger cars in service.

NEC Route Progression

As posted on RSC early today we have our first look into the progression of the NEC route.



Although the NEC project was to be completed and released by June 24th, RSC has decided to push the date back as far as turns the end of July. No word yet whether this will effect the release date of the Acela Express, a separate project.
